The Moto E (2014) is an economical smartphone developed and produced by Motorola Mobility. It was released on 13 May 2014.[1] The device features very low specs, which correspond to a very low price tag at $129 USD. The phone is similar to the Moto G, which is another economical smartphone from Motorola, except the Moto G is slightly more expensive and has better features.[citation needed] Its successor is the Moto E (2015).[2]
